Basic concept is in the works ATM the favored TG method is massive radiation poisoning and not enough male parts on hand to fix him. Then she has a Heroic Awakening (Different from a Nova/Aberrant's Eruption, a Psiad's Noetic awakening or a Psion's Prometheus Effect)

She also doesn't start out looking like the above starts out with feweer assets and shorter hair.
