In this case it XO is Executive Officer (The guy with the Goatee) of the star-ship, and the TG'd Girl (why not hehe) is a SPO(Sensor Probe Operator) I guess the guy to her left is one too.

Probably getting the department titles wrong(please correct me) The XO is a commander and the girl is a Midshipman(warrant officer)
